The Martin Ranger HD-DVD950 is a multi-format karaoke disc player with basic karaoke functions, performance recording, and USB connectivity.

Supported Disc Types
Plays CD, CD+G, DVD, MP3+G, and VCD discs.

Supported File Types from USB Device
Plays AVI, DivX, MP3, and MP3+G files.

Performance Recording
A Record button will allow you to save your singing performance, as an MP3 file, to a USB device. You can play back the recording, share it with others, or use it for any other purpose.

Microphone Inputs
There are two 1/4" microphone inputs with separate volume controls and an echo effect control.

Digital Key Control
Allows you to adjust the key of the music to suit your voice without changing the tempo. The adjustments are in half key steps up or down (sharp or flat).

Remote Control
The remote will control most of the player's functions and on-screen commands.

CD+G Ripper
Rip songs from CD+G discs to a USB storage device, in the MP3+G format, at 1X or 8x speeds. Bitrate may also be selected.

Audio Outputs
RCA Left and Right Stereo, 5.1 Channel, and Optical.

Video Outputs
Composite RCA, Component RCA, Coaxial, S-Video, and VGA.

Plays MP3+G discs and files. Rips CD+G discs to MP3+G files. Performance recording.

User manual leaves a lot to be desired. Appears to be cheaply constructed.

While doing our research we found that the Martin Ranger HD-DVD950 II Recordable Karaoke Media Player has received more than its fair share of negative customer reviews. So much so that we would advise against purchasing this player. Especially when there are others around with the same features, a much better reputation, and cost less.
