Hey, does anyone know how to get a USB microphone to play through the PC? I've got a Logitech USB microphone which shows up and I get a signla through. However, I cannot get it to be audible through my PC.

Used the sennheiser mike for the first time today and man what a great deal I got on it. I could hear even the weakest projected voice crystal clear. My singers could hear themselves as well.

If I understand your ? correctly it is quite simple to connect your laptop (or other computer) to your karaoke equipment....simply connect the computers audio out to an open channel on your mixer (hopefully, but not required, you would be using a pro soundcard on your computer) Radio Schak can supply you with whatever cable you might need, be it 1/8 to RCA, 1/8 to 1/4, RCA to 1/4...whatever. There are mixers out there that support USB connections - would suggest using usb 2.0 verses usb 1.1 (the original version of USB). Some even does firewire. |
